inserting graphics

I seem to have forgotten how to insert a graphic in Producer.
I'm doing the following steps, but graphics not appearing.

1. Select "Small Text" template

2. Type path to graphic(w/o quotes), eg

"[/~/music/kjams/my pix/fiddle.pict]"

If you clue me again...I'll make a special note this time!
