Producer for Idiot!

Ok, I have read through everything I can which I thought would be useful. I have downloaded Producer and the Griffin thing and I have tries about everything I can and to no avail.
I want producer to do two things and I can't get it to work.
First: change the kJams logo to my logo.
Second: create a custom message which does not have to be retyped each time.
Can anyone help?
I must be completely stupid So i need your best teacher.
Side note.....
kJams is amazing. Such a wonderful program and thank you to the whole KJ community.

did you watch the video tutorials?

create a custom message

if you master the above, you can master this.

Ok so I'm starting to get it but I have a very basic question...Does Producer cost anything or is it free?

it's pretty much free if you don't need to burn CD+G discs with it. but i don't mind if you pay, of course. paying helps me retire from my "real job" sooner, which helps me work FULL TIME on kJams.
