DVI adaptor

Post by gbrad »

I'm a newbie, I have a 13" Macbook. I would like advice on which dvi to video adaptor to use. I tried a Dynex model, but nothing but blue screen. Recommendations please.
Thanks.

Presuming you have a Mini-DisplayPort, you need the mini-displayport to VGA adapter, then you need a scan converter to go to TV.

Yes, mini-displayPort to vga adapter, then a scan converter. For scan converter, I recommend the kworld PC to TV box. I use it, and haven't had any issues so far. Also, it's USB powered, so no need for additional room on the power strip.

I think it cost about $50 at Fry's.

Thanks for the feedback. I did find an vga to video converter. Just got it today. Right out of the box, plug and play.
