Raspberry Pi KJams Server

Ideally i would love to run android on the Pi and the WTKJAMS app (of course with a touch screen) and have the Pi(s) Directly Plugged into my Mac Mini Though Ethernet

Is This Possible ?

Would This Help Slow Down , Server Crashes ?

Instead of having the server run through Wi-Fi I would like to see if I could run it through ethernet. With the raspberry pi running android and WTK jams

kjams connects to whatever network you're on. plug an ethernet jack into that network.

If you are using the Pi, why not just use the built in web server?
