black screen when playing songs

Hello,

I recently have problems with the video screen when playing songs. I just start to use all the data on a different computer, and now when i push play, i only get a black screen saying that the song i clicked will be playing, and after i gets all black...

WHAT TO DO IN ORDER TO CHANGE THIS? we're hosting a karaoke show on Friday..

it means you're playing audio-only files.
karaoke songs generally come with an audio (typically MP3) and a video (typically CDG)
do you have both parts?

thanks for the quick reply. it seems indeed that there is something wrong with the files and only with a few songs the text is there. guess have to fix new files then!!:)

if you do locate the video portion, just put it next to the audio portion, and ensure it has the EXACT same name (except for file extension)

kjams will automatically find it and use it
