Switching Venues at same location

Hi,

I currently do a 5 hour show with singers using both the server and paper for song requests. The rotation is usually full after about 2 hours.

I want to know if it is possible at this point to switch to a different venue, and then after about an hour return to the original venue without losing the rotation in that first venue.

To clarify, I've been asked to do a special segment in the middle of the show where males must sing female songs and vice versa. I thought that by making a "new" venue it would make it easier to manage. I would give singers in this venue a new server login.

Am I correct in assuming that the server for the first venue will stop and the 'new' venue will become active

Will this work?

I'm using Kjams Pro 1 on Mavericks

yes, that's how it works. ☺ you will have all new singers & rotation in the new venue, and when you switch back you'll be right back where you left off.
