Best Current Country Music Producer ... Boo Hoo Chartbusters

Hi ... first post here.

I'm exclusively interested in Country karaoke. I've been a devotee of Chartbusters. While I understand that they are defunct and that their catalog is now with Digitrax and on Karaoke Cloud ... I don't know whether they are still producing new content for recent and ongoing country music.

Does anyone know whether the folks who produced/ recorded the music for Chartbuster are still creating new karaoke content?

Alternatively, what are peoples' current recommendation for country karaoke in CD+G disc format ... I'm not too keen on the digital downloads.

I did order a disk from Karaoke Warehouse with a compilation of recent songs, 2012 and 2013 ... but I was not impressed. The production and musicianship was far inferior to what I was used to from Chartbuster.

you might just have to get over that, as that's where we're headed. I see fewer and fewer outlets for physical goods, everyone is going digital.

But I want to be completely clear about this.

I am not asking whether or not Karaoke Cloud is providing new/ contemporary country karaoke.

I am asking whether the chartbuster production team is still providing it (and, possibly for them at Karaoke Cloud/ Digitrax).

Are you saying you are sure that the new country music available on Karaoke Cloud is still being produced from the 'Big Mama's Studio' crew in Knoxville?

Or are you just saying that Karaoke Cloud has new country karaoke?

That studio was why Chartbuster country was head and heels better than anyone else for country karaoke.

No sequenced general midi files for me.

I'm very appreciative.

Only thing I still wish I knew was what was the transition date or disk number demarcating the acquired catalog from the new productions.

in the KaraokeCloud store, show the "Date Added" column and sort by it. You can see the original additions, those were the original acquisitions. Anything added later is newer
