i purchased the full version of kjams and the burning plug-in; when i try to burn a playlist to CD, the burn fails and i get a drstatusstatefailed message; very frustrating

This is not the fault of kJams, it is that your hardware is simply not capable (it's like trying to play a Blu-Ray disc in a CD player)
