Ripping CD+G discs.

Post by shotgunjimpromotions »

Hi all,
I am trying to rip my existing CD+G discs into kJams for obvious reasons but everytime I click "Rip Selected" or even use the rip icon in the top right of the screen, the program shuts down? Can someone please help explain wtf I am doing wrong if anything?
I have 5000+ songs to rip by the 8th June & have little faith they will be under the current circumstances... lol.

Will the tracks play through kJams from the disc
The reason I ask is sometimes it looks like kJams is reading the disc correctly but it isn't because the drive might be incompatible so the best way to find out is to try and play them through kJams

mac or windows? what version of kJams are you using? does the disc play in kjams (not attempting to rip) ? what is your prefs->audio->import encoder set to?
