Changing the KJ rotation

OK total Newbie here... is there a way to drag around the rotation so if a singer is busy and needs moved back a few singers i can or way to skip him with out marking them not here......i seem to run into someone shooting pool or the person they are singing with isn't avail at that moment and need to skip over them

Or just look where you're going?
And if they shoot the person they are singing with, you could probably safely just remove them from the rotation, no?
