it means "zip and send dave your "kJams Library" folder so he can diagnose the problem"

actually i've fixed that bug, i bet you don't get it any more?
but to answer your question for future reference:
right click on said folder (or control click if you don't have a 2 button mouse?)
pick "create archive" (<10>=10.5)
then drag that to an email message to me
