I deleted it and re-downloaded it from the web site again. It ran this time. Then it auto updated. Then I downloaded and installed the producer plug. It crashed the first time I ran it. Then I dropped a file made with ikaraoke Tuneprompter and it opened it and played it fine. But complained about a timing conflict. I was then able to get into producer and see all the timeline stuff and watched it play through to the end. Maybe I'll learn to use it. I have been wanting to make my own karaoke files for years. Thanks for a great program. If I can get comfortable with producer, it will be even better.

WHAT crashed? kJams crashed? or kJams opened fine but crashed when you called up the Producer plugin?

that's strange because there IS NO producer PLUGIN any more, it's built in. so can i ask, where did you even FIND a Producer Plugin to download? is there a link somewhere?

please be more specific. did kJams crash on startup? or did kJams start just fine, but then when you went to open Producer it crashed? HOW did you open producer? please tell me every single step you took.

do you mean you drag-and-dropped a KTP file into kJams?

i assume you mean either it auto played or that you double clicked on it to play it.

so then what happens if you stop the song, then pick Producer? does it crash?
