Kjams Crashes When Opening

I just starting experiencing this problem today for the first time. Every time I open up Kjams it crashes right away, I've tried trashing the prefs and everything in Application support and still happening.

the only way i can diagnose a startup crash is if you manually send me the crash report and log file. I've had four people report this but not one has sent me the crash report and log file. Nothing can happen on this bug until i get them.
