This is new to me. Sorry if it has already been addressed. I just attempted to purchase some music from Karaoke Locker and I got this message. I have now tried every possible configuration of the 'store' settings: nadda. TriceraSoft seems to work as always.

I'm just trying to get started with the software and am having exactly the same issue. I have entered my phone number, but it doesn't seem to be saving my credit card info.

please describe the sequence of events, if you don't, i have to guess what you're talking about.

eg:
run kjams
open prefs
click "stores"
click "edit credit card info"
enter info
click ok
click "edit credit card info"
--> all the info is gone!!

is that what you mean?
