Crashing

Hi Dave, further to the email I sent you about kJams crashing I have found that if I don't add any tracks to any singers tonight list whilst a track is playing that I have no problem. The only time it crashes is if I add songs whilst a track is being played, so I stopped kJams and then added tracks before continuing.

please translate this into a real bug report for me. it would look something like this:

run kjams
clear all tonight lists
add a song to a singer via drag and drop from library
go to rotation
start playing singer's song
while the song is playing, add a song to another singer via drag and drop
-> kjams hangs

i tried the above and it works perfectly. please update the steps such that they reproduce the problem. if I can't reproduce the problem, then i can't fix the bug.

Your description is virtually what happened when kjams crashed. It's happened again this time with the latest version

run kjams
add a song to a singer via highlighting tonight folder and double clicking track in favorites
go to rotation
start playing singer's song
while the song is playing, add a song to another singer via highlighting tonight folder and double clicking track in favorites
-> kjams closes down with no warning, part way through a song

kJams doesn't close the first time I add songs this way but after I've added maybe 3 hours worth of songs.

Tomorrow night I will pay particular attention as to if and when kJams closes down. If it doesn't happen then, I will continue to be vigilant until it happens again.

I've send the new crash report showing the crash in the latest version and I was hoping the crash report would give some clues.

The crashing seems to happen if I type the wrong word in the search box and then delete or typing the wrong name for a new singer and deleting

make sure you have the word "kjams" somewhere in the subject or body of the message
