I'm using r28, when exporting to QT I've started getting a lot of error messages "There is an error exporting QT movie "......mov": -34". When I go back to the files in the original folder there's a .pcm file?? I throw this folder out and try to play the song from the library and it plays fine. Then going back to the original files there is now another .cdg + .mp3. Next I try to export and again the same error -34 with the same .pcm file showing up. Any ideas what is going on?

I will update it in the next release to give you a textual description. 
It means your cache disk is full. Go to Preferences->Audio and set your cache to point to a disk with many gigs free, that will solve your problem.
