Singer already in rotation adding song to empty rotation does not show up in kJR

steps:
go to "Singers" list
check one singer (don't put a song on)
go to "KJ Rotation"
ensure singer is listed, with no song
quit kjams
run kjams just to be fresh
drag 1 song into said singer
go to "KJ Rotation"
--> song is listed

This crops up in the middle of shows, so might not be something that happens with a fresh start to a rotation.
Start with a rotation of a few singers.
Give them a few songs, and play them through.
After however many times through the kJR to get all singers' tracks played, add a new track to a singer over server.
That track does NOT show up in the kJR, so the host has no way of knowing the singer has a song in. Or anybody else. So they keep playing their background music, waiting for someone to put in a track.
