Feel free to post bug reports here. I need exact, detailed steps showing me how I can re-create the bug on my machine, so give as much info and detail as possible.

Credit Card issues

Post by M@gicMike »

Did the latest kjams update, and now it changed my credit card info on its own.. and when I try to update it to the right info, it just freezes and I have to force quit.

i can assure you that kJams would not change your credit card info on purpose. There was a bug where the data for your "country" and your "State / Province" was accidentally lost, and they had to be re-selected from new menus, perhaps that is what you mean?

in any case it should not be crashing. are you on mac or windows? and what version of kJams, exactly?

Yes, it was the state and country info that got lost.

I'm running a mac book pro

kjams 2 version 2.0.2d4

this was a known issue, you should have seen this dialog:

While surprising, it did ask you to ensure the values were correct. it didn't purposefully change anything, it just accidentally lost the info, so was asking you to set them again.

Okay so when you hit OK, you're saying kjams crashes? or when exactly does it crash? did you send the crash report?

Yes.. after I hit ok after changing the state and country it crashes. It goes into "not responding" and I have to force quit it.
