python crossfade issue

Post by dj urban »

Hi Dave. With the new version of kjams, the python crossfade for iTunes isn't working correctly for me. It will work the first time it starts, but after that it will either make iTunes volume go up and then immediately down again, or not work at all. I went back to kjams version 98 for now.

Same problem for me too.
iTunes 12.4.0.119
Kjams 2.0d100
OSX 10.11.5

The crossfade is just inconsistent. Sometimes it will stop itunes but not start kjams sometimes the volume on itunes will not fade up.

I've had this problem but by chance I found that if I stopped a track by hitting cmd/full stop, kJams stopped and iTunes started. Then after cueing up the next track, when I hit the space iTunes stopped and kjams played as normal

That seems to have fixed it for me! It will be tested fully Saturday night.

Thanks as always Dave!

Dave,

Flawless operation tonight! Cross fade is doing it's job once again.

Thank you for turning this around so quick. It really is a terrific feature.
