Creating a new Playlist under Leopard crashes program

I have installed Leopard on my iMac (2.8GHz Intel Core 2 Extreme)
I installed kjams and it loaded ok. When I went to create a new playlist the program shut down. I tried this many times. I can play songs from the library but can't create a playlist. When launching kjams now I get this error message " Error loading XML file : Ron's Playlist 1.xml

The bug reporter launches but does not allow me to send report. I noticed this has occurred in other messages and you request a manual sending of the console report. I tried this but cannot find a "Console Log" in the console program
