unable to cancel Karaoke Cloud?

Is there something wrong with the API? When I try to cancel my subscription, I get the following error.
"There was some kind of error disabling auto renew"

quit kjams
run kjams
attempt to disable auto renew
get the failure
exit prefs
Help->Send Log File
send that
then send a NEW message, saying "okay i sent the log file re: cancelling karaoke cloud" (otherwise i won't even see that you sent the log file)
