OSX Mavericks

Feel free to post bug reports here. I need exact, detailed steps showing me how I can re-create the bug on my machine, so give as much info and detail as possible.

Oh, it should not interfere with lyric playback, if that was your concern.

Okay, autoCrossFade take three.
The issue appears to be Mavericks App Nap. If you are using an Automator workflow or a script, save it as an application.
Find that application, do a "Get Info", and click "Prevent AppNap" and close the Get Info Window. You should be good to go.
