Perian needs to be installed even though it is

Not sure if this is a bug but I've got a track that's an m4v format and when I try to play it I get a message saying Perian needs to be installed. I've got other m4v tracks and they play ok.
I'm on a Mac 10.7.5
kJams version b13
Perian is installed

Sent it. I've tried this on two different Mac's n it wont work on either

the problem was there was no sound track in this movie. i've fixed kJams to be aware of that and it will now just play silence.
