Reinterpret names not working

I've added 30 tracks to the kJams library and when I try to reinterpret names only two get reinterpret and then kJams freezes. I then force quit and try again and the same happens again.
The Activity window shows the progress bar with the chevron like pattern and above the progress bar it says "Push Meta Que: 0 / 2"

I've just tried this again and each time i've tried a window has been opening with Error Renaming Songs on it with two options on the window "Explain" "OK"
Before I've had the chance to click one of the options another window opens with a progress bar, when this window opens I'm unable to click any of the options "Explain" "OK" in the other window.
The last time I tried I was very quick to click OK in the 1st window and the names got reinterpreted OK

I can contact you but I won't be able to show you the problem on the computer that I had the problem with but I can show you on my laptop (I don't use the laptop for work but more for testing) The reason I can't show it on the other computer is because that computer is at one of my Venues and to bring it home is a royal pain in the arse.
On the laptop the reinterpret works but I still find kJams freezes. If that helps let me know

well, as you may know, i can only fix a problem that i can see. if you can show me a problem on the computer you have, then yes, call me, and i'll fix it.
