Singers appear to be missing, but they're just hiding

Open kJams
Wait until activity window has finished
Click on the venue name in source
Mark some singers as here
Notice a singer is missing
Go to the trash and find the singer
Open a new finder window and drag the singer from the trash to the correct place in Music
Click back on kJams
Go to File/Venue and click on any other venue
(Whilst writing this I'm actually going through the motions but this time kJams closed....... this hasn't happened before I've just done it all again and kJams stayed open)

Let kJams work through the new venue
Go to file/Venue and click the Venue your at

You'll notice that some of the singers you'd already got marked in as here are still marked as here but there not showing up in the source as here
This is easily remedied by clicking the triangle next the Venue name to close up the list and then rechecking it to open the venue

Yes, singers are disappearing from the kJRotation. Usually only one.

However, that first half of the O.P. does not bear on this issue.

I've not noticed any singers going missing unless I've forced kJams to re-load a venue

There are occasions where singers disappear from the kJR, but my point was that these singers are not having their files moved to the trash, so if that is happening, that is a separate issue.

Yes you are correct.
It's not a regular thing, but on occasion singers do get deleted when kJams is opening and it was an easy way to describe the problem

if you can create a library and a list of steps, then i can fix it. but so far, i'm not able to reproduce the bug. i can't swat a fly that i can't see. so the best chance of this bug getting fixed is for you to create a way that I can reproduce the bug here at the factory, 100% of the time.
