tricerasoft store not saving credit card info

Last Tuesday I purchased a song while working a karaoke show and all went well like it normally does. This week, after I did the lastest music store update, I tried to purchase a song that I needed and I kept getting the message that I didn't have all my credit card info into the system. So after putting my info in three times, I realized it wasn't saving the information so I could not purchase the song. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am running into this same issue with my new credit card that I got off of www.badcreditloans24x7.com/. Will it be resolved if I do the update? I am concerned that my saved songs will be lost if I update so I have been putting it off.

sorry but i can only do tech support IF you're on the latest kJams.

if you're nervous about updating, zip your "kJams Library" folder so you have a backup, then update to latest. let me know.
