Feel free to post bug reports here. I need exact, detailed steps showing me how I can re-create the bug on my machine, so give as much info and detail as possible.

Pre-Cache not working, and gives error

Post by rmanke »

Thanks, Dave for the new Pre-Cache functionality!

Unfortunately, it's not working for me.

If I right-click a song in the Tricerasoft library, and press Pre Cache it does nothing.

If I select the rotation and select a song in the rotation that is streamed from Tricerasoft, and press Pre Cache, I get the following error:

"Assert Fail: pIP, in file: '/Users/davec/Developer/depot/kJams/Development/ source/Music/CSong.cpp' at line 4803"

(FYI: There's a space before the word "source" in the above pathname, just like I typed it.)

the error there is that it is enabled at that time. you are NOT meant to play songs directly in the music store. drag said song to a singer or playlist, play it from there.
Assert Fail
oops! this has been fixed. get the rogue

Thanks Dave!

Could I suggest not having the right click menu item appear, or have it disabled, when it's not able to be used?
