Bug reports

Feel free to post bug reports here. I need exact, detailed steps showing me how I can re-create the bug on my machine, so give as much info and detail as possible.

Bug reports

Post by rmanke »

Dave, I've emailed you a bug report because I had an error using the Mantis site.

I had to send you some sample files related to an importing bug from CAVS.

Please confirm that you got the emails. Thanks!

for those interested: there's an issue of importing CAVS files where the ID of the file is ending up in the "track number" field. but the "track" is a "short integer" so it "wraps" at 32767, so the next number "up" from that is -32768.

i think the problem is on the import, using file names instead of using meta. but i have to see how he's doing it.

By the way when we did the import, kJams didn't ask whether to use filenames or metadata. It just started importing.
