Tricerasoft Store won't download...

Hi.
I tried to upgrade the Tricerasoft store after getting the message, and it gave me the error: Unzipping Music Store:: "Duplicate File Name" . I deleated the Tricerasoft.xml file rebooted it said there was a new storre, would I like to download. Yes. And then I get the same error. Any ideas?

After a restart of the mac everything is back to normal!
