Folder Structure inside KJams Music Folder

Is the contents of the KJams Music Folder supposed to be managed by KJams from the KJams Music Folder all the way to the actual zip and xml file? If so, shouldn't the folder names change if you make modifications to the album names in addition to the file names. I imported a CDG with the incorrect album title and wanted to correct it. Even though I corrected it in the Application, the folder did not change, just the name of the zip and xml files were changed.

Should the IDTag conform name function work on the entire library? Whenever I make a change, it does nothing to the folder structure and keeps the initial long names.
