The text of the dialogue is:
"One moment please:
Adding Song Entries…"

This occurs whenever you switch to the library from another playlist. This includes doing a search.
E.g., if you are in the rotation, and click ⌃⇧-F, or just click through to the library, the browser pane goes blank, except for the row lines, a few seconds go by, and then that dialogue comes up. A few more seconds go by, and then you get the active search field. During this time, both the audio and the video stutter like mad. Bad.
