Kjams Lite crashes after playing one song

First, I had been running the KJams Lite demo. I paid $40 to upgrade, but it still says KJams Lite - not Pro. Am I doing something wrong here?
Now I just go notified to update, which I did to 1.0d51r41, but now it just plays one song and then crashes.
So I went to the download site and downloaded KJams PRO, (which I thought I already should have had because I paid $40) and that WON'T EVEN OPEN!
I have a show in 5 days - should I find other software?

Don't know why kJams won't open (I'm sure Dave will get back to you on that) but I do know the kJams Lite you paid $40 for is correct. You had kJams Lite Demo and you upgraded to kJams Lite (Home Use) not kJams Pro (Professional Use)

As for finding other software, I wouldn't. Stick with it, I know it can be worrying when you've got a show looming but Dave the developer works hard to resolve problems. I've had the misfortune to work with other programs and none of them can compare with kJams, It's the most professional karaoke software on the market.

Just a thought - Is it possible to go BACK to a prior version?

Hi, I just upgraded by Kjams lite on my macbook pro (10.6.6). It keeps crashing like crazy. Any way to go back to the previous verison? The crashes are random, anything from importing songs, to renaming songs, to looking at different playlists, to playing songs.

It seems like my firewall at work is preventing me to get on ichat. I will have to try it at home, which will be in a couple of hours. Unless there is something you want me to do...like export logs and send them to you...?
