OSX - Assert Fail Error songStrP0

I received this error hundreds of times while reconfiguring names in my large (100K+) library.

I was redoing the names after my library import. I meant to do it in small batches, but accidentally selected almost the entire library. While crunching through about 88K songs, I received the following error tons of times:

Assert Fail: songStrP0, in file: '/Users/davec/Developer/depot/kJams/Development/ source/Utils/../Windows/CDIgNameFormat.cpp' at line 820

The message was always the same, same line number referenced. I am guessing that I accidentally processed about 88K songs at once because the tasks window came up and started counting off "Push Meta Que: xxx/87959"

1) mac or windows
2) was your volume (containing the actual music files) offline?
