I am going to host my first party at a friend's house using kJams on Mac (Yah, no more swapping CDs!) tomorrow so I've been messing around with the controls a bit more trying to learn the hotkeys. One thing I noticed is that when you click on the volume up or down icons the volume actually changes but the slider bar stays stationary. Then when you click the slider it appears to jump to the real location and then back to the cursor position and changes the volume to that same position. Minor I know...just thought I'd share in case you ran out of things to do.
