Remove Producer Plugin on upgrade past 1.0b1

Is kJams missing a feature you need? Post it here! Note: if iTunes has it but kJams doesn't, it's a good bet kJams will have it, but that I just haven't gotten around to it yet. But go ahead and request it anyway!

On upgrading kJams from a version pre 1.0b1 (Nov 14, 2014) it would be useful to have the kJams boot up sequence (or at some other point) check to see if the plug in is there, and delete it, since, AFAICT it has been deprecated.

mmm, yeah, that's one of those "this doesn't affect anyone, nobody will ever notice, or care, and it's definitely not worth my time" kinda things?
