Venue-specific ShowScreens

Here's an easy one:
Allow folders in the Producer Templates folder, that correspond to venue names. When you load a particular venue, that venue's ShowScreens would also be read in.
So you have a generic set, in the top level of Producer Templates, and venue-specific sets that get added on venue load.
This also lets you have folders of ShowScreens for other purposes (like a fielder with templates under development) that you don't have to have in the menu, and don't have to do any maintenance of, allowing you to hide them until you need to work on them (by creating the venue, doing the work, then deleting the venue, this hiding them again).
