Option to merge singers folders

Is there any chance of singers folders being able to merge when there's two. For instance when kJams loads I'm sometimes presented with a window saying something like "there's two singers files that are duplicated, the second will ignored for now" and then there's two options "reveal" or "OK"
Would it be possible to have an extra option to merge them

You can just do it by hand. Open the XML files for History and Singer, so you should have four windows open. Copy any non-duplicated entries in the deprecated one over to the saved one, and in Singer, increase the times sung count. For duplicates, just increase sung count.

If I double click the XML file it opens in safari and I can't paste one to another so how should I be opening the XML file

open the xml file in a text editor, not safari. if you're not sure how to do that, you can google it, or perhaps this route is not for you.

I did wonder if I should use Textedit. It works but I think I'll be happier when you implement the option within kJams because it'll be so much more convenient.
