Sticky Searching.

Is kJams missing a feature you need? Post it here! Note: if iTunes has it but kJams doesn't, it's a good bet kJams will have it, but that I just haven't gotten around to it yet. But go ahead and request it anyway!

Sticky Searching.

Post by ChurchCat »

Sometimes I search for a song and then having typed in the song title I notice that instead of searching the library I am searching a playlist instead.

So I click on the library and my lovely typing in the search box had gone. :(

Would there be any virtue in making the typing in the search box somehow sticky so that this does not happen?

to search your library: command-option-F
to search the *current* playlist: command-F

to have the search stay there when you switch playlists:

turn OFF: preferences->advanced->clear search field when switching sources
