compressing backup

Post by joachimschmidt »

Is this "compressing backup" necessary?
It takes a long time sometimes at a normal quit.
Especially if i just want to do a quick reboot.

if you want to keep backups.
an uncompressed backup can be 10x the size of a compressed one.

Maybe a "not now"-option to stop it when inconvenient?
