Karaoke Cloud not sorting by name

Post by HowardBrazee »

I selected the Karaoke Cloud Music Store playlist and sorted by name, and it is not sorted correctly.

I can't sort by other fields either. My screen print shows me looking for "America" and that doesn't show up either.
Party Tyme seems to work correctly.

I have 2.1b39 (64-bit) (Paddle)

I hadn't tried reloading the music store. I created the music store by copying my 32-bit kJams folder to my new computer and then running kJams. Twice.

Manually reloading the music store fixed the issue.

I copied the kJams folder again from my Mojave folder to my new iMac (after deleting the new Mac's kJams folder). This time again, that folder is *not* sorted correctly, and would not sort. But reloading manually corrected it again.

When I do this procedure, I get "You may need to enter the name and password for an administrator on this computer to change the item named “kJams”.", and have to OK copying from my memory card to my music folder. Why is this?

Where are credit card data stored?

I'll do a screenshot next time. But I cut and pasted that message above, so it is exactly as I saw it. (Note I edited my reply of a few minutes ago)

i ask for a screen shot cuz i don't think it's related to kJams. did the message come up in kJams itself? or in the Finder? Sounds like it came up in the finder. If so, comes up due to permissions (and is unrelated to kJams itself)
