Well, with a little more in-depth analysis, if this is indeed what you meant, then the solution is simple:
get rid of the PI version and get pretty much ANY other version of this song!
I looked through my entire library, and EVERY version I have: EZ, IMPK (UGH!) BL, MM, SC, SF, ZM, and STS ALL use the original 1973 lyrics. The only stand out is the Pioneer version, which uses the "school" version of the track.

No no no It's the dumbed down version I want!!! I am a dumbed down person at heart. I have seen some lyrics on the net and I'm thinking of utilising them. All the versions I've got are suitable for under 18's I want a version that a bit raunchy.

I've never seen a modified version of "Greased Lightning", but I've seen bawdy versions of "Summer Nights". A search of the 'Net for "summer nights dirty lyrics" will give you some leads.
