Hopefully, on Dec 3rd (Monday) I will be uploading a new application to the Apple App Store. This is a more general "Where's the Karaoke? ™" application. It will also allow browsing song catalogs for KJ's/Venue's that provide them. The app will be available on Android very shortly afterward (the Android & iOS versions were tracking exactly until this week when I had to just focus on iOS because of a deadline).

If you would like to be represented in the data in the application, please read below and respond to my online e-mail here. The data will be used for the current web application, the new WTK application and then eventually the wtkJams app for offline browsing.

I can put your songbook online so that people with phones other then iPhone can access it. The mobile version supports Android, Blackberry, iOS, Windows Phone 7 and other major new smart phones.

This is the main entrance (try it with a tablet or other mobile device, though it does work with a computer browser too of course):

For each KJ, you can get in by something like this (that way the user isn't confused by selecting database, it's automatically chosen):

In order to add your songbook, first send me your song list:

* Bring up kJams.
* Select Library from the main window
* From the menu, select File->Export->Entire Library Playlist: WTK CSV
* Send me that Library.csv

Also, I need the following information:

* Alias: (a simple name for accessing the online songbook).
* Show Name:
* KJ Name:
* Phone:
* E-mail:
* Homepage:
* Yelp:
* Facebook Page:
* Schedule (Day of the Week, Start Time, End Time, Venue)

Over time, I'll be adding more features, making it prettier, allow you to provide a theme & graphic, etc.

I think he's saying that he got it uploaded to the store on monday. that means it's in review now, so it's just a matter of time before it goes live!

Follow the directions above and get me your venue, schedule & songbook information to be included in the data.

This first version had to go out quickly, so it doesn't have the songbook feature, but the next version will have it.

Tracking pretty well for having the Android version up on Google Play on Monday (which will be exactly the same application code as the iOS version).

When sending your Library.csv, be sure to select File->Export->Entire Library Playlist: WTK CSV.

And when sending your schedule, include the name & address of the venue so that I can get the Latitude & Longitude from Google Maps.
