kJams Cue Quick Launch question

I have a user who used kJams Cue on her iPhone. We saved her name in the Quick Launch, but it doesn't seem to remember it. On my iPhone, my name is in Quick Launch. I don't see a way to edit Quick Launch on my kJams Cue (maybe hit the gears and delete "Registered Owner").

My singer name has a password, hers is blank. Does she need a password to be saved on Quick Launch?

i have no idea what Quick Launch is. It is not a kJams thing so i can't help with it.

It's a feature of kJams Cue allowing users to log on quickly. I was asking the question here hoping that some user had experience with it and knew the answer.
