Double Click to Move Songs to Playlists is Great!

Just talk about kJams stuff with each other, describe things you did that worked, talk about your setup, anything that doesn't fit into the other forums!

Double Click to Move Songs to Playlists is Great!

Post by Einsteindork »

Just wanted to let you know that the target feature you put in is sure handy. I have had kJams for awhile now and am still amazed at how much you have put into this program. Keep up the great work!

I am brand new but really enjoying everything. Was amazed that my superdrive in my iMac flatpanel works just fine. Thought I was going to have get a new compatible external drive. Bravo.
I have ripped half of a CD-G disk just fine but had to leave for a while.
I added to the name of that playlist to identify it better, and when I resumed ripping, it created a new playlist. How do I combine the two list's and reorder them. Possible ?

drag and drop silly!

Post by dave »

go to one play list, select all, and drag them to the other playlist.
now go to the other playlist
sort by "index", it should be the left most column with no heading
now drag and drop to reorder them! :D

Thanks...I also realized that to drag and drop I had to use the shift key.
I have also sucessfully moved the kJams library to a dedicated external
Drive that I can open with my G4 laptop to perform at the club.
You guys are great and the program is a winner.
