We just started at the begining of this year, and only have about 6000 songs. We are up to 3 venues a week now and everything is going very well. If we don't have the song people sing we have been advertising "on-demand" and get it from buy-karaoke-downloads or tricera. HOWEVER, we can't keep up with new releases and want to get a subscription service.
I came across doowop.com and they offer pop hits monthly pop, counrty and urban for $17.95 each auto shipped. Is this a good service, any other services that work out well that we should subscribe to?
thanks in advance for your help!
Subscription Services
Re: Subscription Services
There's also SelectATrack http://www.selectatrack.com/index.aspx. While they don't offer a subscription service, they do post their top 100 sellers so you could check back there every once in a while to see what is popular ( http://www.selectatrack.com/topsellers.aspx ).
Also, they allow you to download the tracks directly, so you could offer these at your show and download them on demand as people request them.
They offer karaoke from several popular vendors (SunFly, Legends, etc). I've had good luck playing my purchased downloads from them in kJams.

Re: Subscription Services
I often use http://www.buykaraokedownloads.com. They have a large collection of songs. They do have a subscription service for new releases.
