Anyone here good with TunePrompter?

Just talk about kJams stuff with each other, describe things you did that worked, talk about your setup, anything that doesn't fit into the other forums!

Anyone here good with TunePrompter?

Post by MeBeCorey »

After hours of searching, (and literally a day used up trying to make a single video) I finally found a program that I can use to make my own Karaoke videos! Yay for TunePrompter!!! But... of course in the final step.... of course it does some weird export crap. I have spent half an hour testing different exports and it always ends up the same. it was set to Iphone, which I switched. I have been messing around with different ratios, but I cannot get the video to fit in the screen.

Anyone able to help here?

Yes, that's what I use actually. did you see the tutorials?

a key ingredient is that you do NOT export from tuneprompter, kjams can read tuneprompter files directly.

Really? So I just create it in TunePrompter, save it and then open it with KJams?

Checking out tutorials.

Alright Dave. So... I want to create Karaoke versions of songs that I can use at the local bar (karaoke night.)

1) Do I need Pro for this?

2) Thank you in advance, one for making it possible to do so, and two for ALL the help I need.

3) The video Plays like a dream on KJams BUT... and I have already searched the forums and done the steps, BTW. I tried toying with the preferences in exporting to see if I could export it in any way. Maybe I am just not exporting it the right way?

1) yes, for all the features of Producer, yes you need Pro or 2
2) you're welcome
3) the only thing that works now is: Exporter: "QuickTime Movie" and Preset: "H.264". You may edit the Preset to your liking, but that's the only one that seems to work well now

What do you mean by Preset H.264? When I go to prefs, i dont see any presets, and when I export to quicktime, it asks where and just starts exporting?

I thought TunePrompter broke, does it work again? Where do I download it?
