I bought 2 songs from All Star Karaoke about a month ago. A user found the song on-line and gave me the money for it. It downloaded one, but thinks it downloaded the other. I can't download the other song. I have contacted them on-line multiple times, and phoned them multiple times, without getting a response.
I was charged for both songs. Has anybody else had problems with this company?
