I want make own lrc- files.
What is the best software for it? TunePrompter or other else?
If necessary, I can pay money for it.

You can not use KTP to make LRC files. You can just use a standard text editor like TextEdit.

Do you specifically need LRC files? or do you just want to create sync-text files to use with kJams?

if the latter, use KTP, it's free. i do not know what tools to use to make LRC files

There are some rather basic LRC tools on Windows, but FTMP, pretty sure most people just slog through with a text editor and a music player, and make them by hand.
