Lost all history & favorites from ONE singer...

...when I changed her name, kJams lost everything. I knew a couple and put them in her list and they show up with the key changes...so the data must be there SOMEWHERE right? Any way to get that back?

This is a regular that comes to my shows several times a week...I'd really like to get it back for her.

we'd have to get on the phone about this. generally, if a singer is deleted (accidentally or by an act of god), then no, there's no way to recover it unless you keep frequent backups

I'm going to check my backup now. Is there a "correct" way to rename someone? I think this is what happened...I changed her name and kJams lost all history...

the correct way is to just click the name, wait a sec (don't move the mouse!) click again, then rename, then press enter

Thanks Dave...I had a few week old backup. Worked fine...and I changed her name.

Check my reply to your other post. This is a somewhat common issue when kJams loses track of certain singers when you change copy or alias them.
