Graphic issues on new tracks?

Having some trouble with Singers Solution tracks. They are trying to add HD graphics from what I understand and this is being interpreted as corrupt lyrics. I have added a file to your dropbox to show you what I mean Dave. Several people use Winamp (I know...) in their shows and are not seeing any graphic issues, but I can't get one to rip properly...

There was an error processing the ID3v2 tags. this has been fixed. new release tonight.

Did you see errors on the graphics in the file I sent to your drop box?

if so, that's a ripping problem. Did kJams rip this file? or some other software? if it was kJams, then the disc must be VERY badly scratched, or just poorly mastered, cuz kJams employs error correction to fix those types of glitches.

Yes glitches not an error. Kjams rip. brand new disc

that means the disc is poorly mastered. it probably does not have error correction codes, this is the fault of the manufacturer.
